My buddy Bob and I took road trip outside New Delhi India looking for truck stops. See, hot meals are served up at roadside joints called Dhabas along India’s busy highways. Truckers and hungry travellers gather around grills and tandoors for delicious hand made breads, dals and spicy flavours. I had the best Aloo Gobi of my life (pictured above). We shot all this in one day, hitting about half a dozen dhabas. And yes we ate everything in sight.
