INGREDIENTS:
* 1 & 1/2 lbs lightly frozen beef tenderloin cut into bite size cubes
* 1/2 red onion chopped
* Marinate beef with tsp maggi sauce (substitute with same amount soy sauce), 1 tsp black pepper, pinch of salt, 1 & 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp minced ginger and garlic blend (equal amount garlic and ginger mix), 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp cooking oil
* A splash of oil for cooking beef sauce
* Slurry – combine 1 heaping tbsp corn starch and 3 tbsp water
* Add water to sauce as needed for loosening sauce, and for volume.
