Come on an adventure with us! #GOBACKPACK is back again, and this time we are discovering beautiful Morocco together! The adventure begins in June 2022, right here on this YouTube channel.
Life is an adventure, and what better way to celebrate it than to connect with nature. With #GOBACKPACK, we are all discovering new places together. Over three weeks, we will join 16 content creators from around the world on a unique adventure.
Morocco is a not too densely populated 172,000 sq mile country on the North-West-coast of Africa, bordering both the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean, and just an adventure to explore. It is rich in Arabic and Islamic culture and famous for its beautiful metropolis Casablanca (you might have heard of an old adventure movie set there). But what we are really going to focus our adventure on is the nature there and its almost shocking amount of biodiversity.
Before the trip to Morocco can begin, our adventurers need to prepare for the adventure. For this purpose, everyone met up in Hellsklamm in Austria. Here together we learn the vital basics of traversing difficult terrain and surviving in the wild to be able to start our adventure. Morocco’s wilderness offers many challenges, so we must deal with fundamental questions.
How do I drive a car in the desert? How do I set up a tent? What do I need to consider for the adventure, and what information is vital?
But our Prep-Camp is not only important as a practice for the three-week adventure. Our 16 adventurers should also get to know each other and connect.
In the end, this adventure is about feeling nature’s heartbeat. It’s about freedom and discovery, compassion, and self-education!
