Hey guys!
It’s festive time and we can’t really do away with sweets. Here I am, with another beautiful recipe from Andhra. It’s called Madatha Kaja. I’ve shown the typical sweet shop style mini madatha kajas. But authentic madatha kajas are usually bigger and much more juicier, it’s almost like the sugar syrup dripping down every bite of it. But since we should also keep our sweet tooth under control, I thought it’s best to make these kajas bite sized. I personally loved and enjoyed making them. They were so juicy and yummm. So I couldn’t wait to share this perfect recipe with ya’ll. Do try this simple sweet which involves less ingredients and easy steps, enjoy with your family and friends.
