I put all ingredients in instant pot, set on high pressure for 40 mins, blended well until consistency of Dijon mustard. Placed in stove pot to heat and taste test. During taste test I added a couple heaping tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 tsp of salt and a bunch of ground pepper. We’ve tried it a week after making this as well, the flavor is really starting to brighten up! I bet this will get even better over time ♥ Water Bath Can for 10 mins – and voila Dijon mustard in less than an hour!
